Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support engagements for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Advanced Talent, Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC), and Learning modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate functional requirements across Talent, Compensation, ORC, and Learning processes.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet business needs, including talent management workflows, compensation plans, recruitment processes, and learning programs.
• Provide functional leadership in solution design, gap analysis, and fitment of Oracle HCM capabilities to client requirements.
• Conduct functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing for HCM modules, ensuring quality and stability of delivered solutions.
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation for Talent, Compensation, ORC, and Learning-related data.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and extensions related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Advise clients on best practices, process improvements, and standardization opportunities within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement for HCM modules in production environments.
• Conduct user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and create functional documentation and process guides for end users and project teams.
• Work as a lead consultant, guiding junior team members and contributing to project planning, estimation, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM modules with other enterprise applications and processes.
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience as Senior Consultant-Oracle with strong focus on Oracle-Domain and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM functional modules.
• Hands-on functional expertise in HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Advanced Talent (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Compensation (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) (Functional), and HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Learning (Functional).
• Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or large-scale enhancements.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM configuration options, security, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM are an advantage.
• Familiarity with implementation methodologies, project lifecycle management, and documentation standards for enterprise applications.
