Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Functional Consultant

Experience: 10+ Years

Job Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Functional Consultant to deliver new implementations and support ongoing Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance projects. The role requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, provide best-practice recommendations, and contribute to ERP practice building.

Responsibilities

• Understand current business operations and finance functions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Finalize solution footprints and prepare Fit/Gap Analysis and integration documentation.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Handle data migration for Payables, Assets, and GL Trial Balances using FBDI and ADF templates.
• Develop financial reports using Financial Reporting Studio.
• Work on integrations between Oracle Finance and third-party systems/SAP, including interface design, transaction flows, and reconciliation.
• Conduct CRP1, CRP2, and UAT.
• Prepare setup documents, functional design documents, and test scripts.
• Support ERP practice building, implementations, and production support activities.
• Work closely with technical and integration teams to analyze issues and validate end-to-end transaction and accounting flows.
  
  

Required Skills

• 6–8+ years of hands-on experience across AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Project Accounting, EBS Tax, Dubai VAT, and AGIS.
• Strong experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance modules.
• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end Oracle EBS Finance implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with data migration using FBDI and ADF templates.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Intercompany setups.
• Strong requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and client demonstration skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting EBS production environments independently.
• Strong understanding of Finance integrations with third-party systems/SAP.
• Ability to work closely with technical and integration teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Supply Chain modules is an added advantage.
  
  

Certifications

• Oracle Implementation Certification.
• CA or equivalent certification.

• Has never worked directly with clients.
• Cannot work independently with minimal supervision.
• Lacks hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Finance.
• Has limited experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and client demonstrations.
