Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate should have extensive implementation experience, excellent business process knowledge, and the ability to interact with clients to deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM implementation projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM modules based on business needs.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), BRDs, MD050s, and configuration documents.
  • Perform CRP/UAT sessions and support business users during testing.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, integrations, and data migration.
  • Provide production support, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including SCM, HCM, and Technical Consultants.
  • Mentor junior consultants and participate in solution design discussions.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, including 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM implementations.
  • Experience in at least 3–5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and project accounting.
  • Experience with integrations using REST APIs, FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL (preferred).
  • Knowledge of security, approvals, workflows, and reporting.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
