About The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to lead and provide expert functional support for Oracle Fusion applications. The role involves managing a team of junior consultants while driving successful implementations, optimizations, and deployments for enterprise customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Functional Expertise & Solutioning
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices to align with system functionalities.
- Deliver scalable and efficient functional solutions.
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior consultants.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide both technical and functional guidance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team expertise.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex issues.
- Implementation & Upgrade Support
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support quarterly Oracle updates, regression, and patch testing.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business users, IT teams, and senior leadership to align solutions with business goals.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively.
Must-Have
- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of configurations, setups, and business process mapping.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues effectively.
- Project management skills with experience handling multiple implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Oracle Quarterly Patches, Testing, and UAT cycles is a plus.
- Oracle Fusion certifications (preferred).
