Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & Manufacturing Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Shift : UK and US (as per requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & Manufacturing modules based on business requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements and Oracle best practices.
Work closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders during all project phases.
Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and business process flows.
Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
Configure and validate business rules, workflows, approvals, and security roles.
Assist in data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and customizations.
Provide functional support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and post-production support.
Deliver user training sessions, user manuals, and knowledge transfer documentation.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assess impacts on business processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & Manufacturing Functional Consultant.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Manufacturing modules including:
Procurement
Inventory Management
Order Management
Manufacturing
Supply Planning
Product Management
Cost Management
Shipping
Warehouse Management (preferred)
Transportation Management (preferred)
Experience in at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design.
Experience in SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hyper-care support activities.
Good understanding of integrations with Oracle Finance, Planning, Procurement, and third-party systems.
Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI and REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Excellent documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud SCM and/or Manufacturing Certification.
Experience in Manufacturing industries such as Automotive or Industrial Manufacturing.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
