Job Summary

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to deliver new implementations and support ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, work independently with minimal supervision, and contribute to ERP practice building and implementation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand current business operations and finance processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Finalize solution footprints and prepare Fit-Gap Analysis documentation for integrations.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules based on business requirements.
• Handle data migration for Payables, Assets, and GL Trial Balances using FBDI and ADF templates.
• Develop financial reports using Financial Reporting Studio.
• Work on integrations between Oracle Finance, third-party systems, and SAP, including interface design, transaction flows, and reconciliation.
• Conduct CRP1, CRP2, and UAT.
• Prepare setup documents, functional design documents, and test scripts.
• Support end-to-end Fusion Finance implementations and ongoing projects.
• Provide best-practice recommendations and contribute to ERP practice building.
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to resolve issues and validate end-to-end transaction and accounting flows.
  
  

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Strong expertise in AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Project Accounting, Tax, and UAE VAT.
• End-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Experience handling data migration using FBDI and ADF templates.
• Strong requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and client demonstration skills.
• Understanding of integrations between Oracle Finance, third-party systems, and SAP.
• Experience with interface design, transaction flows, reconciliation, and accounting validation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Supply Chain modules is an added advantage.

• Oracle Implementation Certification.
• Oracle EBS Finance Functional experience.
  
  

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who

• Has never worked directly with clients.
• Lacks hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance implementation experience.
• Has limited experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and testing.
• Requires continuous supervision to manage functional delivery.
