Role: Senior Oracle EPM ARCS & FCCS Technical Consultant
Location: Remote- India
Job Description:
The Senior Oracle EPM ARCS & FCCS Technical Consultant is responsible for hands-on technical delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). This role partners closely with functional consultants and finance users to ensure reliable, performant, and audit-ready close and reconciliation processes.
Skills/Experience:
Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation (ARCS & FCCS)
Perform hands-on configuration and build of ARCS and FCCS solutions
Translate functional requirements into technical designs and configurations
Configure and maintain dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata
Build and support data loads, mappings, and validations
Support multiple environments including DEV, TEST, and PROD
Independently delivers complex technical components
Requires minimal oversight for integrations and configurations
Anticipates and resolves close-critical issues proactively
Acts as a reliable technical partner to functional leads
Balances hands-on delivery with solution quality and platform stability
ARCS Technical Responsibilities
Configure reconciliation formats, profiles, and certification workflows
Configure auto-reconciliation rules, tolerances, aging, and variance analysis
Build and support Transaction Matching rules and data sources
Design and maintain reconciliation data loads
Troubleshoot reconciliation, matching, and performance issues
Support audit and SOX requirements through technical controls and traceability
FCCS Technical Responsibilities
Configure and maintain FCCS dimensions and metadata structures
Support consolidation and calculation logic under functional guidance
Support intercompany processing, eliminations, and data validation
Support cash flow and supplemental data configurations
Assist with validation of consolidated results and close outputs
Data Integration & Automation
Design, build, and support integrations using EPM Data Integration / FDMEE
Integrate data from Oracle ERP Cloud, boundary and third-party systems
Maintain mappings, transformations, and error handling
Automate data loads, validations, and reconciliation checks
Support outbound data extracts for reporting and downstream systems
Testing, Cutover & Support
Support unit testing, system testing, and UAT defect resolution
Participate in cutover planning and execution
Provide production and close-cycle support
Troubleshoot data, metadata, and integration issues during close
Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with functional EPM consultants and finance users
Coordinate with ERP and Data teams
Provide technical guidance to junior team members
Required Skills:
4+ years of Oracle EPM technical experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS and FCCS
Hands-on experience with EPM Data Integration / FDMEE
Solid understanding of financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation processes
Experience integrating EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud or on-prem ERP systems
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to functional and finance users
Desired Skills:
Oracle EPM Cloud certification (ARCS and/or FCCS)
Experience with global, multi-entity implementations
Exposure to Task Manager and close orchestration
Prior experience in a senior technical implementation or support role
