Role Summary
Lead functional consulting for Oracle EBS HRMS, handling end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze HR business requirements
- Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- SSHR (Self-Service HR)
- Absence Management
- Prepare BRD/FRD and solution design documents
- Work with technical team on reports, interfaces, and integrations
- Drive UAT, payroll runs, and go-live support
- Resolve complex functional and payroll-related issues
- Ensure statutory compliance (India payroll preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (R12)
- Expertise in Payroll + Core HR
- Experience in implementation and support projects
- Knowledge of HR processes & statutory compliance
- Basic SQL for data validation
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
