The Team
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 Financials within a complex, global ERP environment. The Senior IT Business Analyst – Finance is a functional expert responsible for designing, optimizing, and supporting business processes across Finance modules, driving financial optimization, governance and ERP modernization initiatives. The position plays a key role in enterprise transformation planning, cross-platform integrations, and financial control enablement.
The Role
- Act as SME across Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Advanced Collections.
- Lead full lifecycle: Requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize month-end and year-end close processes.
- Drive global process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Design and govern integrations between Oracle EBS and enterprise systems.
- Develop functional design documentation for interfaces, extensions, and data conversions.
- Lead SIT and UAT cycles, including defect resolution and validation.
- Maintain functional documentation, configuration governance, and SOPs.
- Support financial audit cycles and segregation-of-duties frameworks.
- Provide support during hyper care and steady-state operations.
- Provide expert production support, perform root‑cause analysis, and maintain stable operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, approval workflows, and segregation of duties.
- Support period close activities for inventory, costing, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Analytics to define KPIs, dashboards, and exception-based reporting.
- Drive global process standardization and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Financials functional experience.
- Strong accounting acumen and financial close-cycle expertise.
- Experience supporting Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay finance flows.
- Demonstrated ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
- Experience supporting system integrations in complex enterprise environments.
- Working SQL proficiency for troubleshooting and data validation.
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience leading ERP enhancements, deployments, or integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile, OUM/AIM methodologies, or ITIL processes.
- Experience with EBTax or revenue recognition integrations.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Experience being part of ERP implementation/upgrade projects.
- Experience in SOX-controlled multinational environments.
