Support and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite Databases/Applications
Monitor and maintain uptime of EBS systems
Respond to and resolve customer requests within specified service level agreement
Design, implement, and manage redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery, data archiving, and backup plan to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assets
Cloning/Refreshing non-production Oracle Applications of non-production from production backups
Participate in the team's 24x7 on call rotation and provide occasional off-hours support based on project requirements
Design and execute overall database architecture strategy, standards and practices as part of a team and align with the Enterprise Architecture team
Knowledge of Oracle Application Express, Markview, Noetix
Maintain dashboards and create and present health reports of databases and Oracle applications regularly and maintain dashboards
Administer security and access related requests coming from business customers
Work with support vendors like Oracle, AWS, and integrated applications vendors to take actions as per Service Requests
Migrate code from lower environments to pre-production and production environments
Maintain existing and add new databases in the environment
Work along with developers to troubleshoot various issues in the database domain
Monitoring standby and disaster recovery database processes
Develop, implement, administer, and maintain policies and procedures for ensuring the security
Maintaining integrated applications like Oracle Application Express 5.0 or higher, Markview, Aventx, Noetix and Cybersource
SSL certificate handling using openssl and oracle wallet manager
Job Requirement
:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master of Computer Application
.7-10 years of progressive experience in IT with a focus on enterprise applications
.Oracle Database administration skills, preferably in a Linux/UNIX environmen
tOracle Data Guard implementation and suppor
tScripting knowledge with languages such as Shell, Python, Perl, or BAS
HFamiliarity with configuration management systems, such as Ansibl
eOracle Database 12c and 19
cOracle EBS R12.2.0 or highe
rExperience with AI Coding Assistants such as Claude Code, Curso
