Job Description

Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base, acting as an advocate for customer needs.
Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.
Handle technical inquiries related to Oracle Electronic Support Services, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers and facilitate communication between customers and Oracle Support teams.
Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees regarding customer situations and escalated issues.
Interface with customer IT staff periodically, either on-site or remotely, to resolve moderately complex technical problems.
Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and workarounds for Oracle products, adhering to best practices.
Implement high availability features and maintain Oracle Database performance.
Conduct performance tuning at query, database, and memory levels.
Utilize expertise in Oracle Database, Goldengate, Exadata, Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, Data Guard, and Backup & Recovery.
Provide support for Oracle Database 11g and 12c environments.
Participate in 24x7 support rotations to ensure continuous availability for customer requirements.
