We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Apps DBA to manage and support Oracle E-Business Suite environments, Oracle databases, and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Apps DBA administration, database management, performance tuning, and Unix/Linux environments.
Role: Senior Oracle Apps DBA
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain multiple Oracle EBS and Oracle database environments
- Perform Oracle database administration activities including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, cloning, and maintenance
- Manage Oracle E-Business Suite (11i/R12) and Oracle Databases (11g/12c)
- Handle backup and recovery strategies using Oracle RMAN and related tools
- Administer and support Oracle RAC environments
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning
- Work on Unix/Linux systems administration tasks related to Oracle environments
- Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation and monitoring
- Ensure system availability, security, and reliability across environments
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and support teams for deployments and issue resolution
