Senior or Principal Product Manager - AI Security- SOAR / SIEM / SSPM / DLP

We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our flagship product from MVP to production-ready solution. This is a rare opportunity to shape the product vision at a fast-growing startup, working at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI, and user experience. You'll own the product roadmap, collaborate with world-class engineers and data scientists, and directly influence how enterprises protect sensitive data.

What You'll Do

Drive Product Evolution

Transform our MVP into a scalable, enterprise-ready platform. You'll own the entire product lifecyclefrom strategy and requirements to launch and iterationensuring we deliver solutions that truly solve customer problems.

Lead with Cybersecurity Expertise

Leverage your deep knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SOAR, and SaaS Security Posture Management to inform product decisions. DLP expertise is mandatory for this role. Stay ahead of threat landscapes, compliance requirements, and industry trends to keep our product competitive.

Champion User-Centric Design

Partner with UX/UI teams to create intuitive interfaces that security professionals actually want to use. Conduct user research, validate assumptions, and ensure our complex cybersecurity capabilities are accessible to diverse user personas.

Build for SaaS B2B Success

Design and optimize products for enterprise clients using cloud-native architectures and subscription models. Focus on seamless onboarding, daily usability, and features that drive adoption and retention.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work alongside data scientists, engineers, and security researchers to define priorities and ship high-quality features. Bridge technical and creative teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on vision and execution.

Stay Connected to Customers

Engage directly with security analysts, CISOs, and end users to gather feedback, validate features, and understand real-world workflows. Use market insights and competitive analysis to refine your roadmap.

Execute with Agility

Implement agile practices that integrate UX activities seamlessly into development cycles. Use techniques like user story mapping and impact mapping to keep teams focused on delivering value.

What You Bring

Required Experience

• 7+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity
• Must have : Deep expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
• Proven success taking products from MVP to production at scale
• Hands-on experience with SaaS B2B product development and cloud technologies
• Strong UX/UI background with user-centered design principles

Preferred Background

• Experience with SOAR, SSPM, or related security orchestration products
• Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field)
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in security contexts
