Senior or Lead Technical Operations Engineer

We are seeking a Senior or Lead Technical Operations Engineer based in any one of Chennai, Bengaluru or Pune office location. The responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, managing system operations, application monitoring, and creating & improving CI/CD pipelines. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technical operations and delivering scalable solutions to enterprise challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Mandatory: Azure Devops/Pipelines, Jenkins, Linux scripting
• Good to have: SAML, SSO setup, OAUTH, IAM, Azure B2C
• Ability to proactively identify issues and implement scalable solutions for enhanced system performance.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
