Senior Optometrist

Responsible for dispensing best-in-class optical products at the location and coordinating with the store manager and fellow optometrists/team members to achieve consistently high customer service and meet store targets.

Responsibilities

1.      Understanding customer needs and queries about products, prices, and services

2.      Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs

3.      Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques

4.      Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long long-term loyalty

5.      Handling new launches, promotion of products, visual merchandise, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Optometry

Excellent verbal communication skills

Computer savvy (including basic Microsoft excel)

Excellent customer service skills, leadership skills, team building, etc.
