Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior OPT Recruiter. The Senior OPT Recruiter will spearhead recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and place highly skilled OPT candidates in IT positions within the U.S. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, and staying informed on market trends and industry best practices to ensure exceptional hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate placement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in effective networking, talent acquisition tools, and hiring platforms.
• Understanding of OPT employment processes, regulations, and technical profiles such as AI Software Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Generative AI Engineers.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments efficiently and work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in the IT staffing industry is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not required.
