a.Qualifications

i.High School Graduate is followed by a relevant Vocational Training Program.

b.Knowledge and/or Experience

i.5 years experience of being an operator in the Oil & Gas sector.

c.Technical and Business Skills

i.Well-developed operational expertise to undertake complex troubleshooting

ii.Competency Assurance Program Requirement

iii.Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.

iv.Developed technical and Computer skills.

Safety awareness

1.Key Job Accountabilities

a.Coordinate the activities of team operators within allocated areas of responsibility to ensure completion of work in time with quality standards

b.Operate field equipment in accordance with operational procedures and approved safety procedures to ensure effective process flows and optimum operational status of equipment.

c.Monitor and log all operating parameters, perform proactive monitoring of field equipment's and ensuring that all irregularities are reported to immediate supervisor for advice and/or resolution.
