Senior Operations Technician (Oil & Gas / Energy Industry)

Industry: International energy leader headquartered in Europe
Duration: 12-month contract
Work location: Boon Lay MRT

Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily operational duties in the Filling and Packing Section as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure that Filling and Packaging activities are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures.
• Adhere to the ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 procedures when carrying out daily Large Pack Filling & Packaging or Bulk Loading activities.
• Perform the Line Leader role in the filling and packing operations.
• Ensure daily filling operation operates in the most efficient manner with the support Defect Handling.
• Perform JDE Inventory transaction.
• Perform daily bulk loading such as Road Tanker & Loading Master for barge operations.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment.
• Assist in Mid-Year & Year End stock taking activities.
• Perform as Issuing Authority (IA) for the Cockpit Permit-To-Work system.
• Assist in terminalling operations whenever necessary.
• Act as response team member for crisis / continuity management, with accountabilities consistent with relevant response plans and as assigned by the response team leader.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing / Industrial / Process / Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in chemical petrochemical or oil and gas industry
• Singapore Class 3 driving license is mandatory
• Working hour: 8am - 5pm (Mondays to Fridays)
• 100% working at site
