Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Operations Manager role based in Thane. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across hyper-local media campaigns for Fyre Media, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the operations team, managing vendor relationships, coordinating with sales, client servicing, and finance teams, and implementing standardized processes and operational best practices. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, resolving on-ground issues, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Senior Operations Manager will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, support expansion into new locations, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

LED Bike Network Operations:

  • Own LED box installation, maintenance, and uptime
  • Manage night-time installations, removals, and audits
  • Drive preventive maintenance to reduce downtime

 

Rider & Field SOPs:

  • Create and enforce SOPs for riders
  • Ensure compliance and handle violations
  • Manage attrition and misuse

 

City-Wise Deployment:

  • Plan route-based deployment
  • Manage utilization and uptime city-wise
  • Own execution quality

 

Vendor & Hardware Accountability:

  • Manage vendors and suppliers
  • Define SLAs and penalties
  • Control capex and repair cycles

 

Real-World Problem Solving:

  • Handle rain, traffic, breakdowns, police issues
  • Take independent late-night decisions
  • Ensure zero surprises for clients
