Core Responsibilities

1)Leadership and Management:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff. Develop and implement engineering strategies with company goal. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

2)HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

Responsible for providing Engineering Solutions for issues at plant, site to avoid any accidents & Environmental pollution.

3)Statutory Compliances

Responsible few providing Engineering Solutions for improving statutory Compliances.

4)Operational Management

Responsible for providing Engineering Solutions to all Operational management includes fix & mobile equipment's.

a)Productivity improvement

b)Breakdown Management Support

c)Spare Parts Procurement

d)Modifications in plants

e)Reducing cost saving measures

f)Efficiency Improvement

g)Disposal of old assets

h)Contractors & Vendor Management

i)Plant auditing

j)Training to Crew.

5)Project Management

Responsible few implementations of all Projects Capex and Revenue concept to commissioning.

Includes Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Automation Engineering

6)Quality Assurance

Implement and maintain quality control system. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Address and resolve any quality issue promptly.

7)Relationship Management

Head of staff function with principal clientsall Business Head, Commercial function etc.

8)Vendors, Contractors Management

Leadership skills to motivate, negotiate & improves performance of vendors and contractors.

9)Technical expertise

Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

PG in safety will be preferred

Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.

Strong Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems , and regulatory standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in engineering software and tools.

Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Servicing of Cement , GGBFS , Flyash etc.

Industry Ball Mill , Classifiers , Grinding etc.

CTC- As per market standard.

This role is pivotal in driving the engineering excellence and operational efficiency of the manufacturing company, ensuring it remains competitive and innovative in the market.
