Vutto is a full-stack, phygital platform transforming the used two-wheeler market in

India. We combine certified online listings with offline retail experience, in-house

refurbishment, warranty support, and end-to-end documentation to deliver a seamless

and trustworthy experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Operations Manager will lead end-to-end refurbishment operations for used

two-wheelers, ensuring smooth execution, quality control, and operational efficiency

across the city. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, vendor partnerships,

after-sales operations, and overall business performance for the refurb vertical. The ideal

candidate will drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and build strong market

understanding to scale operations effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Spearheaded end-to-end planning and execution of city-wide refurbishment operations for the 2-Wheeler (2W) category.
  • Collaborated with the central strategy team to drive performance monitoring, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Led cross-functional technical and support teams to efficiently manage refurbishment workflows and ensure operational excellence.
  • Owned refurbishment targets, after-sales operations (warranty & services), and full P&L responsibility for the vertical.
  • Developed deep expertise in the local used 2W market, including spares supply chain, pricing dynamics, and customer demographics to streamline groundoperations and provide strategic feedback to central teams.
  • Established and managed strong vendor partnerships to ensure seamless operational execution and supply continuity.

KEY REQUIREMENT.

  • 4–8 years of experience in high-performing, fast-paced organizations.
  • Strong academic background complemented by a consistent track record of high performance in prior roles.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong resilience, and an exceptional drive to learn and grow.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions (most critical requirement).
