Oversee and enhance Revenue Cycle Management operations, leading teams to deliver exceptional results for dental practices across the U.S.

  • Lead and manage RCM operations for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new customers to RCM services.
  • Create strategic plans to define business unit objectives.
  • Mentor subordinate managers to enhance team performance.
  • Drive process improvements through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service delivery.
  • Develop policies to attract and retain talented employees.

  • Extensive hands-on experience and subject matter expertise in US Healthcare

Revenue Cycle Management– working with RCM / Medical / Dental Billing

service providers.

  • 13+ years of expertise in RCM Operations and medical billing including having

lead large scale RCM operations teams

  • Demonstrated and clear understanding of end-to-end RCM cycle
  • Experience in leading multicultural, cross geographical teams on enterprise

project management, preferably in healthcare.

  • Specific experience in US Dental insurance / RCM management in addition to
