Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Manager Operations to lead and scale the admissions operations function. The role requires strong operational depth, people management, process excellence, and the ability to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience for applicants and internal teams.
You will oversee the end-to-end admissions operations, guide the team, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant execution across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end admissions strategy, ensuring program-wise enrolment goals are met consistently.
- Oversee the entire admissions funnel, maintaining strong quality and conversion at every stage.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the admissions team, owning performance management, capability building, and execution standards.
- Partner closely with Marketing to optimise campaigns and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
- Deliver a premium applicant experience through fast, personalised, and professional communication across all touchpoints.
- Ensure rigorous evaluations through structured tests, interviews, and a standardised selection process.
- Monitor admissions dashboards and data daily to identify gaps, improve funnel efficiency, and drive timely interventions.
- Strengthen SOPs, documentation, and compliance frameworks to ensure consistency and process discipline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Academics, Finance, Careers, and Leadership to enable smooth, end-to-end execution.
- Drive accurate forecasting, planning, and seat allocation with a strong data-driven approach.
- Track intake quality, selection effectiveness, and scholarship utilisation to uphold cohort excellence and financial discipline.
