Senior Operations Manager

Role Description The Senior Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple facility management services. This position manages service delivery, supervises operations teams, and ensures adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations. The role includes planning and allocating resources, optimizing workflows, tracking performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and service efficiency. The Senior Operations Manager will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, handle escalations, support business growth initiatives, and contribute to strategic planning for operations and service expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong operations management and leadership skills, including experience in supervising teams and managing multi-site services.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient facility management operations.
• Experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and performance monitoring within service or facility management environments.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage escalations, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning equipment solutions, and manpower deployment practices in commercial or industrial settings.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with using basic office software and operational reporting tools to track metrics and prepare management reports.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, facilities management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in Integrated Facility Management or a similar service industry at a managerial or senior supervisory level.
• Relevant experience in a senior operations or facilities management role, preferably in Integrated Facility Management or related sectors.
