Senior Operations Manager

Looking for a Dynamic Operations Manager for a Tech platform based out of Mumbai!

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the operations team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
• Manage end-to-end business operations, optimising workflows while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, legal, and client teams to align business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics, analyse trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards within the ODR ecosystem.
• Streamline processes to enhance process efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between enterprise stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of business strategies.
• Identify operational challenges and proactively implement solutions to drive innovation and process excellence.

Skills/Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in legal tech, fintech, Insurance, or Banking industry is preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of operations experience, including experience in team management
• Must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, workflow automation, and operational efficiency strategies.
• Proficient in software (like MS Office, G Workspace).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Enterprising, resilient, perseverant and never give up attitude.
