About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager Last Mile to oversee and optimize our last-mile delivery operations across India. The role requires a strategic leader who can manage large-scale logistics, drive process improvements, and enhance customer experience through efficient last-mile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage last-mile delivery operations, ensuring on-time and cost-effective fulfillment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, delivery success rate, and cost per shipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse operations, supply chain, and customer support.
• Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to optimize last-mile logistics.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and delivery partners to ensure high performance.
• Enhance rider and fleet management through training, capacity planning, and route optimization.
• Drive continuous process improvements using data analytics and market insights.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in last-mile operations, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead large teams.
• Experience in managing logistics partners and 3PL service providers.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in last-mile logistics and technology solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling large-scale e-commerce logistics operations.
• Familiarity with route optimization and fleet management software.
• Understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in India's logistics sector.
