Senior Operations Executive

Mice Globals in hiring for the position of Senior Sales and Operations Executive for Jaipur location.

 Experience: 2-5 years

Need to acquire good knowledge about travel industry and popular destination.

Experience interacting at an executive level, coupled with strong relationship management.

Should acquire strong business sense.

Adapt to situation to successfully deliver in a fast paced dynamic environment.

Should be energetic, forward-thinking and creative with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit daily reports to the reporting manager, detailing progress toward sales goals and targets and upcoming projects in hand.

Monitoring the work done by the operations team and reports to be submitted to the reporting manager on daily basis.

Detailed report has to be shared on the month end to the reporting manager with the details each individual's performance.

Follow up on the invoices after the project is completed and payment dates as well.

Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.

Build & sustain productive relationships with existing clients, key influences and decision makers to drive client retention, expansion efforts and key account management

Actively engage in marketing communications to your client base through WatsApp, email etc

Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism.

Personally lead the sales efforts for large / key clients.
