Job Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven and operations-focusedSenior Executive Operationsto lead the optimization of organizational processes, performance tracking, resourceand stakeholdermanagement. This role plays a critical part in improving operational efficiency, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and providing actionable data insights for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience managing cross-functional operations in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- MIS Operations and workload Management:Oversee organization-wide resource allocation, staffing, and workforce planning in collaboration with department POCs.
- Reporting:Implement standardized performance tracking frameworks and generate actionable reports for leadership review.
- Operational Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources (e.g., project management, HR, finance) to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting using data visualisation.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators across departments and generate regular reports to support leadership with performance insights and trend analysis.
- Stakeholder Management:Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Delivery, IT)and leadership to ensure alignment on operational goals. Also, manage expectations and communication with stakeholders to ensure timely updates, escalations, and resolution of operational challenges.
- DataAnalysis& Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools likeAdvanceMs-Excel,Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableauto track operational metrics and KPIs.
- Process Automation Support: Collaborate with teams to automate repetitive operational tasks using low-code platforms, integrations, or scripts.
- Workforce & Resource Tracking: Assist in tracking workforce allocation, timesheet compliance, and project staffing using tools likeZoho Projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies,analysingdata trends, and recommending practical solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Project Delivery) to align operational reporting with organizational objectives.
- ERPExperience: Familiarity with ERPs like Netsuite, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus. Candidates with experience in these platforms will be highlighted for their ability to integrate operational data with enterprise resource planning tools.
Educationand Experience
- 23+ yearsof experience in operations management, performance tracking, or data analytics roles.
- 2-3+ years of experience in advance MS-Excel to handle a large data set, familiarity with VBA-Macros/SQL/Phyton or scripting is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with tools such asZoho Projects, Power BI, or Tableaufor time tracking anddatamanagement.
- Strong background inTeam and stakeholder management,data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams,manage multiple projects simultaneouslyanddeliver under deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Also, Experience with ERP system like NetSuite or Oracle etc is preferred for integrating and managing operational data efficiently.
