Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operations Executive to join our team in Delhi, India. You will lead end-to-end operations in the agriculture vertical, with a strong focus on rice and cotton. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the TIC industry and hands-on experience handling agri-commodities, ensuring seamless execution of inspection, coordination, quality oversight, and client servicing

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Strong understanding of agricultural quality parameters, sampling methods, grading standards, and testing protocols.
• Basmati and other agri commodities inspection experience of minimum 8 Years in any TIC Industry

Required Competencies

• Having good knowledge of inspection and testing Standards
• Experience in managing multi-location operations and field teams.
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel to sites for inspections as required.
• Ability to handle client queries, resolve operational issues, and maintain service quality.

Required Work Experience

• 8 Years in TIC industry

Required Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Food Technology, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Languages

• Hindi
• English preferable
