Role Description.
Flip Slide Consultancy is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Operations Consultant to lead operational execution, client coordination, and performance management across consulting assignments.
This role requires strong operational leadership, structured thinking, accountability, and hands-on experience in managing teams, client relationships, and service delivery processes.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling operations, monitoring performance metrics, managing cross-functional coordination, and driving efficiency improvements.
Qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Account Ownership
Act as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Ensure smooth execution of services as per agreed scope and timelines. Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess performance and deliverables. Handle escalations and resolve operational concerns professionally. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
Operational Leadership & Execution Monitoring
Oversee end-to-end operational execution across multiple projects. Monitor daily task allocation and ensure deadline adherence. Maintain structured tracking of deliverables, SLAs, and TATs. Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective measures. Ensure high-quality output and service standards are maintained.
Team Supervision & Performance Management.
Lead and supervise operations team members. Allocate responsibilities based on priority and team capacity. Monitor productivity and conduct periodic performance reviews. Mentor and guide team members to enhance operational efficiency. Build a culture of accountability and ownership.
Audit & Compliance Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and clients during audits. Ensure documentation and compliance records are maintained accurately. Track regulatory requirements and ensure timely submissions. Minimize risk exposure through structured operational controls.
Reporting & Business Insights
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Track key performance metrics including task completion rates, client satisfaction, and productivity levels. Present operational insights and improvement strategies to senior management.
Financial & Commercial Oversight
Monitor service delivery alignment with billing and commercial terms. Support in tracking revenue realization and payment follow-ups. Ensure operational efficiency contributes to cost control and profitability.
Risk Management & Escalation Handling
Identify operational risks and proactively implement mitigation plans. Handle crisis situations and ensure business continuity. Escalate critical issues to leadership when required.
