We are seeking a proactive Operations associate to take ownership of our order fulfillment process, with a special focus on last-mile delivery excellence. You will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with our 3PL partners (such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, and others), ensuring seamless coordination, timely deliveries, and a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
3PL Management:
- Monitor and coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure on-time, accurate last-mile deliveries.
- Track and improve 3PL performance against SLAs, including NDR (Non-Delivery Report) conversion rates and fake courier attempt prevention.
- Promptly escalate and resolve delivery issues.
Order Fulfillment:
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring 100% order accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Implement best practices for inventory management and warehouse coordination.
Partner Collaboration:
- Work closely with 3PLs, partner brands, and internal teams to streamline operations and enhance last-mile performance.
Logistics Optimization:
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, reduce delivery costs, and minimize operational risks.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fulfillment rates, customer issues, and 3PL performance.
- Provide actionable insights to drive process improvements.
Qualification
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or logistics.
- Proven track record of managing 3PL relationships and last-mile logistics.
Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in using logistics management tools and reporting software.
Attitude:
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Work Mode & Location
- This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bangalore.
- 6-day working, Monday to Saturday.
