Senior Operational Excellence Engineer

Role: Reliance Carbon Fiber - Operations - Sr. Operational Excellence Engineer

Education: Masters/Bachelors Degree in Engineering

Experience: 7 to 13 years

Job Description:

1. Training of WCM tools & methodologies across the site.

2. Develop, implement & enhance site KPI Pyramid & ensure timely reporting of KPIs .

3. Support work package owners.

4. Execute complex work packages.

6. Support annual review of site development plan (Site vision) and subsequent long term development work packages.

7. Support site ideation program.

8. Explore improvement work package to enhance Safety, efficiency, reliability and consistency site wide.

9. Assist departments in data interpretation to formulate actions for product & process improvement.

10. Motivate site team in QC, KSS and other LEAN activities.

11. Stimulate & support systems & processes simplification site wide.

Preferred Experience:

1. Professional having Masters / Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed university having a proven track record in the respective field.

2. PG Diploma BM / Project Management (PMP) / Six Sigma Black Belt

3. 8+ years of experience in manufacturing including 5+ years of facilitating WCM.

4. Exposures and network in manmade fiber manufacturing also hands on experience of application of CI tools.

4. Exposures and network in acrylic fiber, CF and composite community (academic and professional)

5. Experience of with continuous production processes and 24/7 shift rotation

6. Implementation of CI work packages.
