Education: Masters/Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Experience: 7 to 13 years
Job Description
- Training of WCM tools & methodologies across the site.
- Develop, implement & enhance site KPI Pyramid & ensure timely reporting of KPIs .
- Support work package owners.
- Execute complex work packages.
- Support annual review of site development plan (Site vision) and subsequent long term development work packages.
- Support site ideation program.
- Explore improvement work package to enhance Safety, efficiency, reliability and consistency site wide.
- Assist departments in data interpretation to formulate actions for product & process improvement.
- Motivate site team in QC, KSS and other LEAN activities.
- Stimulate & support systems & processes simplification site wide.
Preferred Experience
- Professional having Masters / Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed university having a proven track record in the respective field.
- PG Diploma BM / Project Management (PMP) / Six Sigma Black Belt
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing including 5+ years of facilitating WCM.
- Exposures and network in manmade fiber manufacturing also hands on experience of application of CI tools.
- Exposures and network in acrylic fiber, CF and composite community (academic and professional)
- Experience of with continuous production processes and 24/7 shift rotation
- Implementation of CI work packages.
