Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operation and Maintenance Engineer located in Indore. The engineer will be responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Typical tasks include performing periodic preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, overseeing maintenance processes, coordinating with teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Expertise in Electrical Engineering and Maintenance Management for effective handling of solar energy systems
- Excellent Communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with internal teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in managing technical operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Relevant certifications or prior experience in solar energy systems or a related field is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred
