Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and enhance OpenText Exstream applications for high volume personalized customer communications
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications templates and data mappings
- Build and maintain Exstream templates rules and components to ensure accuracy reusability and performance
- Integrate Exstream solutions with ECM platforms for content retrieval storage and lifecycle management
- Perform unit testing support system integration testing and collaborate with QA to resolve defects efficiently
- Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes and optimizations
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards version control practices and documentation quality
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery risk management and stakeholder alignment
- Minimum Qualifications
- B
- Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field
- 5 9 years of overall experience with strong hands on expertise in OpenText Exstream development
- Experience working with ECM concepts and integrations content storage retrieval metadata and governance
- Proven ability to gather requirements create technical designs and deliver end to end implementations
- Strong problem solving skills with experience in debugging performance tuning and production support
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing scalable document composition solutions for regulated or high volume environments
- Strong understanding of content lifecycle management and best practices for ECM integration patterns
- Ability to mentor team members guide implementation approaches and contribute to solution architecture discussions
- Exposure to automation and streamlined release practices to improve quality and delivery speed
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business users technical teams and leadership stakeholders
