Senior OpenText BPM Consultant

We are seeking an experiencedSenior OpenText BPM Consultantto lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and workflow automation solutions using the OpenText platform. The role combines business process consulting, solution architecture, and technical delivery to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

• Analyze business requirements and conduct workshops to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement BPM and ECM solutions using OpenText Content Server, xECM, AppWorks, and workflow technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
• Configure workflows, forms, records management, classifications, and reporting solutions.
• Integrate OpenText platforms with SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop custom workflows, reports, and integrations using JavaScript, Java, C#, REST APIs, and web services.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in BPM, ECM, workflow automation, or OpenText consulting.
• Strong expertise in OpenText Content Server, xECM, AppWorks, SAP Archiving, and SharePoint integration.
• Solid understanding of BPM methodologies, process modeling, and business process optimization.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL databases, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• OpenText certifications and BPMN experience are advantageous.
