Monitor and manage security systems, including surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection technologies.
Collaborate with the Security Head to assess risks and design mitigation strategies tailored to the unique operational context of solar PV manufacturing.
Lead the deployment of automation tools to streamline security operations and improve response times.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal security standards and operational benchmarks.
Coordinate with internal teams to secure high-value assets, including advanced manufacturing equipment and raw materials.
Train and supervise security personnel to maintain high standards of vigilance and operational readiness.
Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Support the integration of emerging technologies into the security framework to align with Adani Solar's commitment to innovation.
Maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure rapid response capabilities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience of 310 years in industrial security management, preferably within large-scale manufacturing facilities.
Expertise in deploying and managing automation tools for security operations.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and incident management protocols.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
Certifications in security technologies or automation tools are preferred.
