Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Account Manager with day-to-day client servicing and account management activities
Maintain and track client data, and prepare regular reports for review by the Account Manager
Support the preparation of contracts, proposals, quotations, eDMs, and presentations for both prospective and existing clients
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate and support account management activities
Assist with billing and invoicing matters to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Support tender submissions and renewal processes by compiling required documents and information
Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Account Managers to ensure the smooth operation of the Account Management team
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Level with at least 2 years of working experience
