Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Routine Supervision: Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues as well as Supervision on daily routine shift maintenance and engineering jobs of the OSD manufacturing .
Scheduled Maintenance: Preparation & Ensure timely compliance of planned preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Ensure and avoid the major breakdown and timely compliance of Breakdown with substantial Reduction in the downtime. Taking corrective and preventive action on the machine breakdowns with Root cause analysis.
Ensure Compliance of Calibration of Instruments related to machines.
Maintaining Preventive Maintenance check list, records History Card of Equipment's.
Handling of Engineering QMS Documentation like change control ,deviation , Incidence , CAPA etc.
Evaluation of Critical spares of the packing machines and Procurement and Maintaining the minimum stock level of the spares.
Co-ordination with all departments and external vendors for maintenance jobs
Training to the engineering persons on packing machine maintenance
Handle in-house modifications and improvement Projects.
Providing engineering support for Qualification activities.
Follow all GMP and GEP practices in the OSD Manufacturing Area.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
Diploma/ BE - Electrical / Instruments/ Electronic
Exposure to Formulation plant – OSD Manufacturing machines, Fluid Bed Processor's Rapid Mixer Granulator's ,compression machine coating machine ,Blenders Scrubber, Dust collectors etc.
Expected to follow all safety procedures while executing the role
Additional Notes
The preferred company will be Pharmaceutical Formulation plants.
Role is expected to work in all shifts.
Expected to support other Rubicon sites during emergencies.
Maintenance of daily Routine shift engineering jobs of OSD Equipment's- FBP, Rapid Mixer Granulator's compression machine ,Blenders, coating machines.
Supervision of daily Routine shift engineering jobs of the Manufacturing Equipment's – Fluid Bed Processor's, Rapid Mixer Granulator's, Sifter, Multimill, Compression machine i.e. Cadmach, Fette, Blender, Piller blender, Bin Blender, Coating machine, Solution preparation vessels, Scrubber, Dust collectors etc.
