Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored Loan Against Property solutions
  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities by leveraging the bank's products and services, including Mortgages and Open Market offerings
  • Collaborate with the bank's internal teams, such as Credit and Operations, to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the loan application and approval process
  • Actively monitor and manage the assigned loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any client concerns or issues
  • Leverage the bank's network of DSA (Direct Sales Agents) to source and originate new Loan Against Property leads
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to client interactions, loan applications, and portfolio management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive the growth of the Loan Against Property business

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on Loan Against Property or Mortgage products
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Proficient in analyzing financial information, assessing credit risk, and making informed lending decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs
  • Familiarity with the Open Market and DSA channels, and the ability to leverage these networks to generate new business opportunities
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct
