Key Responsibilities
- Analysis & sampling of Packing & Raw Material.
- To prepare material rejection note and its distribution to the concerned departments.
- Analysis of Rinse Water and other in process testing.
- Preparation of volumetric solution and general reagents.
- Environment monitoring of Wet Lab.
- Overall upkeep of respective working bench as well as of the section/maintaining of GLP's GDP's.
- Overall compliance of all related SOPs.
- Online documentation and filling of specification.
- To investigate and coordinate with the immediate superior/section head for any out of specification (OOS) and lab Incidences.
- Analysis of samples of other sections and calibration of instruments as and when required based on departmental needs.
- Responsible for the Analytical Method validation , Method transfer & Method verification
- Raw material Control sample management.
