Key Responsibilities
- Oversight and Monitoring of cGMP compliance as per Sun Pharma Quality standard for Quality control
- To monitor and ensure appropriateness of analytical activities during analysis.
- Report verification-random selected report verification for compliance point of view.
- Participation in handling Lab incidence, OOS, OOT, investigation and deviation related to QC.
- Lab compliance (Lab instrument audit trail review, procedural compliance verification, Lab round and verification of online QC activities.
- Proactively assess quality issues at site and ensure compliance to the define procedures and regulatory requirement in Quality Control laboratory at site.
- Ensure that the Labs meet the requirement of GLP at all time, the quality system are maintained, equipment are routinely checked and result recorded of correct function, etc.
- Ensure compliance to cGMP/cGLP and applicable safety standards in QC Labs .
- Trending of Lab Incidences, OOS,OOT and OOC.
