Job Description

Responsibilities

Operate and control the process equipment efficiently to ensure the production target is met while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and monitor all plant equipment to identify and address potential issues, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to report any equipment malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment readings, and other relevant data to support effective reporting and analysis.
Participate in safety meetings, contribute to safety initiatives, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the workplace.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and contribute to sustainable operational practices.
Support and train new operators, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate shift handovers and relay important information.
