About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. As an MIS Executive, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and reporting data to support the decision-making process. Your ability to manage large data sets, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights will be crucial for business optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of the reports.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including key business metrics, trends, and forecasts for management. Vendor coordination.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking and visual representation of data. APP creation & budget analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Identify trends, patterns, and issues in the data and suggest process improvements based on the insights.
  • Team Support: Provide analytical support to different departments, including finance, operations, and sales.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all reports and data entry are accurate and timely, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and update MIS software systems, ensuring that they are running efficiently and aligned with business requirements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support management with ad-hoc analysis and data-related queries.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., in Data Analytics or MIS) is a plus.

Experience

  • Experience in MIS, data analysis, or related fields.

Key Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros), SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of Databases & ERP Systems: Familiarity with database management and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and error-free reports.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
