Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management
- Execute the entire performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, goal audits, mid-year reviews, annual reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
- Support calibration discussions by preparing data insights and performance summaries.
- Partner with HRBPs and managers to provide guidance on PM policies, timelines, tools, and best practices.
- Review, track, and monitor PM process adherence and ensure process governance and compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement of PM frameworks, tools, and communication materials.
- Support in creating and performance driven culture in GAVL. Managers capability building to drive this agenda.
- HR Analytics
- Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards tracking key workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, diversity, productivity, etc.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc analytical reports to HR leadership and business stakeholders, turning data into actionable insights.
- Conduct trend analysis and provide recommendations to support strategic workforce planning and organizational decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across HR reporting channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve data structures, definitions, and reporting standards.
- HR System Management & Governance
- Serve as a system owner and governance lead for HRMIS platforms such as PeopleStrong, SuccessFactors, Phenom, and other HR technologies used in the organization.
- Manage user roles, system access, configurations, and data workflows to ensure compliance and security.
- Lead troubleshooting, enhancements, system releases, and coordination with vendors/IT teams.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data quality, system integrity, and process adherence.
- Support system-driven automation and capability building within the HR function.
- Ensure data accuracy across HRIS systems and master databases.
- Exit & Transfer Process Management
- Conduct regular process audits to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities in the exit and transfer workflows.
- Drive initiatives to reduce Full & Final (F&F) Settlement Turnaround Time through coordination, automation and process standardisation.
- Improve Exit Interview completion rate by implementing structured follow-up mechanisms and simplified scheduling.
- Develop and maintain an FAQ booklet/guide for employees outlining the complete exit process, timelines, documents, and key contacts.
- Process Improvement
- Review and streamline HR processes for better efficiency and employee experience.
- Implement SOPs and ensure adherence to standard HR practices across businesses.
- Drive digitisation and automation of manual HR processes.
Education
- Postgraduate/master's in human resources, Analytics, or related field.
Key Skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with HRMIS platforms (e.g., PeopleStrong, SuccessFactors, Phenom) preferred.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working with data and systems
