Job Title: Video Producer & Editor
Location: Delhi (with extensive travel to the field)
Reports to: Senior Manager Communications
Position Overview
The Video Producer will lead end-to-end video creation, from field shoots to final edits, enabling powerful storytelling through films, interviews, short-form content and documentation.
This role is critical for capturing on-ground impact and leadership narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production and Photography:
- Plan and execute video shoots at:
- Program locations
- Training sessions
- Events and workshop
- Editing & Post-Production including basic graphic designing work:
Edit Videos For
- Social media (short-form and reels)
- Website and reports
- Presentations and screenings
- Add basic motion graphics, subtitles and sound design
- Content Formats
Produce
- Program short videos and documentaries
- Testimonial videos
- Explainer videos
- Short social media clips
Equipment & Workflow
- Manage camera, audio and lighting equipment Maintain organised raw footage and final outputs
- Ensure timely delivery of edits

Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- 36 years of video production and editing experience
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects (basic) / Photoshop / CorelDraw
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling
- Comfortable shooting independently in the field
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
