We are looking for a Senior Officer – Chemical Regulatory Affairs to join our R&D Innovation Center in Bhosari, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, revise and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for substances and mixtures.
• Ensure consistency between SDS classification, product labelling and composition.
• Conduct regulatory assessments for new and existing products.
• Support product registration and notification activities, wherever applicable.
• Address customer and internal regulatory queries and coordinate with suppliers, customers, consultants and internal teams.
• Support compliance with EU REACH, EU CLP/GHS, UK REACH/CLP, US TSCA, PCN Notification, OSHA HazCom, SVHC and other applicable international regulations.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of SDS authoring and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of GHS/CLP classification.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and conduct regulatory assessments.
• Familiarity with environmental, toxicological, health and safety test protocols and their interpretation.
• Strong written, verbal and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a Chemical Manufacturing company will be preferred.
