Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of branch customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer's overall relationship with the bank
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to provide tailored solutions and products to meet the diverse needs of customers
- Actively participate in branch activities and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and policies to effectively advise and guide customers
- Contribute to the development and implementation of branch-level strategies and action plans
- Provide regular feedback and insights to management on customer trends, market dynamics, and potential areas for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and a track record of cross-selling and up-selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to address customer needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of the bank's products and services
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the branch
