Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the branch network within the assigned region or portfolio
  • Ensure efficient and effective branch operations, including cash management, transaction processing, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive service excellence
  • Manage and lead a team of branch personnel, including performance management, training, and development
  • Collaborate with other business units and support functions to align branch operations with the overall business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of branch network strategies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Experiencedin the banking or financial services industry, with a strong background in branch operations and customer service
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proficient in using relevant banking systems and technology
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and driving continuous improvement
