Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, cross-sell, and deepen customer relationships
- Analyze branch performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the bank's overall strategy
